TeachHarbor Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about trying, using and paying for TeachHarbor.

Who is TeachHarbor for?

TeachHarbor is designed for adult educators working across Pre-K through 12th grade, including classroom teachers and other educators who prepare and teach lessons.

How much does TeachHarbor cost?

Regular membership is $6.95 per month or $59.99 per year unless a different approved offer is shown before purchase.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts seven days, uses the real TeachHarbor workspace, requires no credit card to begin and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. The trial includes 1 open-ended SUPER AT question total.

What does paid membership include for SUPER AT?

Paid membership includes 10 open-ended SUPER AT questions each member month. The included allowance resets on the member's billing anniversary. Purchased 20-question packs cost $15, remain separate from the included allowance, and do not expire while membership remains active. Built-in AT-powered workflows remain part of the core service.

How many sermons can Sermon Builder generate?

The 7-day trial includes 1 full sermon generation. Paid and FamilyFree members receive 5 full sermon generations per member month. Editing, saving, printing, exporting or reopening an existing sermon does not use another generation.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to applicable law and billing-error exceptions.

How do referrals work?

Every new member receives a unique referral ID immediately. When a referred member reaches their first successful paid membership payment, the referrer earns one free month that can be saved, used, gifted or donated.

What is the New Teacher Support Pool?

Members can donate earned referral months to help eligible new teachers. TeachHarbor matches every donated month one-for-one. Impact totals are shown only from actual donations and matches.

Does TeachHarbor create student profiles?

TeachHarbor Core is teacher-facing. Teachers should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive student information. The core product is not designed as a student roster, attendance, gradebook or persistent student-profile system.

Does TeachHarbor use Advanced Technology?

Some tools use Advanced Technology to help create or transform instructional or ministry-preparation content. Teachers and ministry leaders remain responsible for reviewing results before use.
