TeachHarbor Terms of Use
The basic rules for accounts, trials, paid membership, referral rewards and responsible use.
Effective date: August 24, 2026.
1. Agreement and service
By creating or using a TeachHarbor account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. TeachHarbor is an adult educator productivity and preparation service and a Heart-Felt Publishing platform.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials and activity performed through their accounts. Promotional access and referral rewards may not be abused through deceptive or duplicate-account practices.
3. Free trial
The TeachHarbor trial provides seven days of eligible access, requires no credit card to begin and does not automatically create a paid subscription. The trial includes 1 open-ended SUPER AT question total.
4. Paid membership
Regular TeachHarbor membership is currently $6.95 per month or $59.99 per year unless another approved price or promotion is shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Because users receive a full-quality no-card trial before paid membership begins, paid membership is generally non-refundable after the paid period begins, except where required by applicable law or for verified billing errors or other exceptional cases.
6. SUPER AT allowances and packs
Paid membership includes 10 open-ended SUPER AT questions per member month, resetting on the member's billing anniversary. Unused included questions expire at reset. Purchased question packs remain separate from the included allowance and do not expire while membership remains active. Built-in AT-powered TeachHarbor workflows are core service features and are not intended to consume the open-question allowance. The 7-day trial includes 1 full Sermon Builder generation; paid and FamilyFree members receive 5 full sermon generations per member month. Editing, saving, printing, exporting and reopening an existing sermon do not consume another sermon generation.
7. Referral Rewards
A referral qualifies after the referred new member reaches the first successful paid membership payment. Qualified referral rewards have no cash value. Saved months may be used, gifted or donated according to the program rules. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, failed or refunded qualifying payments and fraudulent activity do not earn credit.
8. New Teacher Support Pool
When a member donates an earned referral month to the New Teacher Support Pool, TeachHarbor adds one matching support month. Donated and matched months have no cash value and may be awarded only under the program's eligibility rules.
9. Teacher and ministry-leader review is required
TeachHarbor is an assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing generated lessons, questions, answer keys, standards references, communications, Scripture-related material and other outputs before relying on or using them.
10. Source material and copyright
Users are responsible for having the right to upload, paste or use source material they provide. TeachHarbor does not grant rights in third-party material a user does not otherwise have.
11. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, use the service unlawfully or abuse trials, promotions or referral programs.
12. Availability and changes
TeachHarbor will evolve. Features may be improved, replaced, added, limited or removed, and maintenance or interruptions may occur.
13. Disclaimers and changes
Generated content can contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable wording. To the extent permitted by law, TeachHarbor does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or appropriate for every classroom, ministry context, school, district or legal requirement. Material changes to these terms should be reflected by an updated effective date and appropriate notice.
