A member donates 1 earned referral month. TeachHarbor adds 1 matching month. The support pool receives 2 months.
No made-up impact numbers.
TeachHarbor only displays totals generated from actual member donations and actual TeachHarbor matches. Until the first donation happens, the program simply shows that the one-for-one match is ready.
Eligibility and awards
Donated and matched months have no cash value and are reserved for eligible new-teacher memberships. TeachHarbor can verify eligibility before awarding support and can publish the eligibility details as the program begins making awards.
